A Guide to Seated Meditation, 128 pages paperback

It is relatively easy to be calm and centered when life is going smoothly— but what happens when new issues and crises crop up?

  • Concerned about your financial circumstances?
  • Children playing havoc?
  • Stressed at work?
  • Worried about climate change?

  • The list is endless... These are times where meditation can really help!
Inner Tranquility goes beyond a basic overview to explain how and why meditation works. By using contemporary examples from his own practice and more than twenty years of teaching various meditation techniques, Darren Main presents the information in a modern, easy-to-understand way that is attainable. Perfect for both novice and seasoned practitioners, these simple techniques help deepen the practice and explore the physical, psychological, and emotional benefits of daily meditation.
