Shipping & Returns


Delivery costs

$5 + $0.50 per item -- unless order is over $75 when we offer delivery free of charge. All prices stated are in US Dollars.

How will it be delivered?

USA

Orders are fulfilled and shipped on behalf of Findhorn Press Ltd (Scotland) by IPG (Independent Publishers Group) in Chicago (USA). Orders are shipped via UPS so cannot be sent to PO boxes; please do also provide a phone number in case UPS needs to contact you to arrange delivery.

Orders shipped to addresses in the Continental United States will arrive within 7-12 business days. Please allow extra transit time for orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii. If the product you ordered is out of stock or delayed, you will be notified by email and given the option to backorder or cancel your order.

Canada

Orders are fulfilled and shipped on behalf of Findhorn Press Ltd (Scotland) by IPG (Independent Publishers Group) in Chicago (USA). Orders are consolidated over a week and shipped bulk to Canpar in Canada; Canpar then in turn dispatches each individual order to Canadian addresses.

This means that orders shipped to addresses in Canada should arrive within 7-15 business days. Orders cannot be sent to a PO Box. Please provide a phone number in case Canpar needs to contact you to arrange delivery. If the product you ordered is out of stock or delayed, you will be notified by email and given the option to backorder or cancel your order.

How to Return an Item

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

* send a message to sales@findhornpress.com giving us your invoice number and telling us which item you wish to return - and specify whether the item is faulty or you are just not satisified with it; we will then send you a return authorization number and the address to which the item should be returned.

* return the item together with our sales invoice to you

* in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault on the back of the invoice

* wrap the item securely in its original packaging

* please note we will only make a refund if the book, audio tape, C.D. or card set is in mint condition unless there is a fault with the product

* we do not refund shipping cost, either to you, or back to us

* for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service * we will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.
