Beginning in the mid-seventies, he became a meditator and started following spiritual teachings. In the early 80s he became a student of Sogyal Rinpoche. He is the owner of New Games Ltd. and Playworks, which provides businesses with games for ice breakers, stress reduction, and team building. He lives in Sheffield, England.
