Renata CaddyRenata Caddy, born in 1941 in Munich, Germany, grew up in a spiritually very open-minded environment at home. She studied painting, graphic design and sculpting in Munich, Berlin and Paris. From early onwards she was immensely interested in the essential questions of the meaning of life; this also expressed itself in her artistic and literary work. She has had several exhibitions of her paintings and readings of her own texts and poems. In 1978 she first met Babaji in physical form in Herakhan in India, and she continued visiting him there until he, in 1984, gave up his physical body. Following Babaji's order and blessing, in 1979 Renata started to transform her wild garden at her house at Lake Constance, Germany, into a "Garden of Heaven" - "Nandan Van" -, where regular meditations and the 8 Sun Celebrations take place. Her husband Peter Caddy, co-founder of the Findhorn Community in Scotland, contributed significantly to the design of the garden. Since the 1980s, inspired by Babaji, Renata Caddy has been giving courses and workshops as well as meditation evenings on the topics of self-discovery, self-realization and real happiness.Author ResourcesRenata Caddy BooksBy: Renata Caddy
