This is an amazing book, it satisfied my curiosity but much more than that it gave me hope, not just for the energy shift that is upon us but in a very personal way, how I can help, how I can ride this wave of change. So much detailed information - its like the history of the spiritual-human race in one place. I am so grateful for this book. Chester-Lambert says "Changes are happening" - she is right
