There is great joy in doing something on the spur of the moment. When you do this, you find true freedom of the Spirit. You will find a new joy and freedom, which I long for all My children to have.

Life is so simple. Keep it so. Let nothing weigh you down or depress you. All is very well. Live fully in the now.

Take no thought for the morrow. Enjoy to the full what is happening now. Keep your consciousness raised, your mind stayed on Me. See My perfection working in you and through you, all your needs have been met, for all I have is yours.

Let the words and the thoughts you have heard so many times become a part of your whole being, so that they are vibrating words which manifest in form and become reality.

It is over 50 years since Eileen Caddy first received personal guidance from a 'still, small voice' inside herself, a source she called 'the God Within.' From that day on she not only lived her personal life by that inner guidance, but was also instrumental in creating the international spiritual community centred around the Findhorn Foundation in Northern Scotland.

Eileen realized that her role was to help others turn within and find their own inner direction, and her books reflect this encouragement to us all. Her books (Opening Doors Within, God Spoke to Me, The Living Word, etc.) have sold millions of copies throughout the world, in more than 30 languages.

Eileen was included in the 2004 New Year's Honours List and awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) by Her Majesty The Queen for her 'service to spiritual inquiry'. She was also recognised as one of the major spiritual teachers of our times on British television's Channel 4's The God List.

She died at the Findhorn Foundation on 13th December 2006.

Eileen Caddy is co-founder of the spiritual Findhorn Community in Scotland. These messages were received from an inner voice that guided her in her live and work. The messages have a clarity that show a deep spirit connection. An Appreciation

Many years ago I was invited to a conference in London at which Eileen was presenting. The speaker before her was a powerhouse of activity, urging everyone to take action. The hall was buzzing and I wondered how anyone could follow such a passionately electric speech. Eileen stepped up to the podium and said quietly. "My guidance to you is to go within," You could hear a pin drop. It was as if angels of peace had entered and enfolded everyone as she held the audience in her hand.

A few years ago I was privileged to have tea with her. She told me that her guidance was to attend the important community meetings. She was not to say anything - she was simply to hold the vision of the Findhorn community. What a reminder of the power of holding an intent with clarity.

Eileen has long been one of my heroines. I am humbled to remember how she channeled night after night in difficult conditions despite her own fears and personal problems and I find her devotion and dedication totally inspiring. She was the catalyst for the great community of Findhorn - an awesome achievement for one lifetime.

When I received the message to say that she had passed on I was with some teachers from my school. We immediately lit a candle to tune in and offer prayers. The light and glorious sense of angels with her was overwhelming. She had an extraordinary life and has left a legacy which will enrich us all.
